This C++ header file contains declarations of functions, function templates, classes and class templates for the SQL interface of named persistent assocative containers. They are implemented in the C++ inline file dbxsql.hpp and the C++ program fle dbsql.cpp belonging to the SysToMath DB C++ Library stmdbsql.

The declarations of this header file are all contained in the namespace stm::db::sql.

	Flag value for class template table::defcol indicating a sortable column whose index shall be constructed delayed, if applicable.
